The Stafford Room

A self-contained event floor with Hudson River sunset views, the Stafford Room suits corporate events, corporate holiday parties, and product launches, along with milestone birthdays, engagement parties, and DJ-driven or live-performance celebrations. The modular stage, VIP rooms, and separate salon let it run large gatherings and sectioned events alike, up to 300 guests.

The second-floor space offers floor-to-ceiling glass walls on the south and north sides, a side terrace running the length of the room, a large bar with kitchen, a modular stage and DJ booth, two glass-partitioned VIP rooms, and a separate salon space. A neutral, dark palette gives planners a clean canvas, and serious sound and lighting (intelligent lighting, large LED fixtures over the dance floor, professional sound) handle DJ events and live performances. A full or partial buyout scales to your group size.

Every event is custom-quoted, with no fixed package price. Depending on what you're planning, it can be structured as a food-and-beverage minimum or on a per-person basis covering open bar and food, and it scales with your date, guest count, and how much of the space you take. The Stafford Room is at 617 W 46th Street, second floor, in Hell's Kitchen, near the A, C, E, and 7 lines and convenient by car or rideshare on the far West Side.

We handle the whole thing start to finish. GetSocial is your concierge and the layer between you and the venue. We negotiate on your behalf, coordinate the contract, and manage everything with venue staff through the day of your event, on-site at setup to kick things off. For qualifying events we include a complimentary photographer. Our service costs you nothing; venues pay us a referral fee from their existing budget.

The Stafford Room works with a private catering partner to build customizable menus that scale to your event, plated, stations, or passed hors d'oeuvres, including menus that accommodate religious and dietary restrictions.
