Yes. We have standing agreements with our venue partners—they pay us a finder's fee when we bring them good clients. You pay the venue directly for your event (food, drinks, space), but our service of finding and coordinating the venue costs you nothing. No hidden fees, no surprises.
4-6 weeks is the sweet spot for most events. But we've pulled off great parties with 2 weeks notice, and we've planned events 6 months out. Fridays and Saturdays book faster, especially in spring and fall. December is nuts. Just call us when you know you want to do something—we'll tell you what's realistic.
Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We know Manhattan best (that's where most of our relationships are), but we've done great events in Williamsburg, DUMBO, Long Island City, and Astoria. If it's accessible by subway, we can probably make it work.
If you have a specific venue in mind, we can absolutely work with them. If you need suggestions, we'll recommend places based on what actually works for your event—not whoever pays us the most. We work with dozens of venues across NYC and have relationships at most of the good ones.
We know people. Good people who show up on time and do what they say they'll do. We'll connect you with photographers, DJs, florists, whatever you need. You work with them directly (we don't take a cut), but we make sure everyone's on the same page for your event.
Yes. We're there from setup through the last toast. Not hovering, but handling any issues that pop up, making sure the venue sticks to what was promised, and being your point person so you can actually enjoy your party instead of managing it.
