The flexible, multi-space layout and year-round operation make it strong for corporate dinners, corporate holiday parties, and product launches, as well as milestone birthdays, engagement parties, and cocktail receptions. With spaces from 20 to 150 guests, it scales from intimate to large.

The 25th-floor venue offers multiple spaces, the Empire Terrace (up to 150), Times Square Terrace (up to 80), Broadway Terrace (up to 75), Main Bar Room (up to 55), and smaller Empire Table and 39th Street Terrace (20 each), set against antique mirrors, gold metal walls, Versailles parquet flooring, and a blue marble bar. Spaces book individually or combine, seven days a week, so a buyout scales to your group size.

Every event is custom-quoted, with no fixed package price. Depending on what you're planning, it can be structured as a food-and-beverage minimum or on a per-person basis covering open bar and food, and it scales with your date, guest count, and which spaces you take. Elsie is on the 25th floor of 1412 Broadway, steps from Times Square and Bryant Park, with almost every major subway line within walking distance.

We handle the whole thing start to finish. GetSocial is your concierge and the layer between you and the venue. We negotiate on your behalf, coordinate the contract, and manage everything with venue staff through the day of your event, on-site at setup to kick things off. For qualifying events we include a complimentary photographer. Our service costs you nothing; venues pay us a referral fee from their existing budget.

Elsie caters in-house. Menus are customizable and scale to your event, plated dinners, stations, and passed hors d'oeuvres, and accommodate religious and dietary restrictions.
