A buyout gives you the subterranean room with its signature red neon glow and programmable neon and laser lighting that can be tailored to your event, transforming it from a private lounge into a full nightlife experience. Partial buyouts scale to your group size.

Every event is custom-quoted, with no fixed package price. Depending on what you're planning, it can be structured as a food-and-beverage minimum or on a per-person basis covering open bar and food, and it scales with your date, guest count, and how much of the space you take. The Vault is at 45-06 Pearson Street in Long Island City, a short ride from Midtown via the 7, E, M, or G, and easy to reach by car or rideshare over the Queensboro Bridge.

We handle the whole thing start to finish. GetSocial is your concierge and the layer between you and the venue. We negotiate on your behalf, coordinate the contract, and manage everything with venue staff through the day of your event, on-site at setup to kick things off. For qualifying events we include a complimentary photographer. Our service costs you nothing; venues pay us a referral fee from their existing budget.

The Vault works with a private catering partner to build customizable menus that scale to your event, plated, stations, or passed hors d'oeuvres, including menus that accommodate religious and dietary restrictions.
